Marble and stone adhesive is a high-strength, fast-curing bonding compound. It can be used for all types of bonding applications involving marble, stone, granite, tile, limestone, etc., and for joining broken or damaged stones of all kinds.
Application Instructions and Technical Specifications:
Surface Preparation: Materials to be bonded must be dry and free of oil, grease, and dust.
Mixing Ratio: Add 2-3 grams of hardener for every 100 grams of the main compound. Mix the hardener thoroughly with the main compound.
Application: Apply the mixture to the surfaces to be joined.
Drying Time: This mixture starts to dry within 4 to 7 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature.
Full Curing: The mixture fully cures and reaches its final strength 30 minutes after application.
Cleaning: The compound can be easily cleaned with acetone before the curing time. Mechanical cleaning is required after the compound has cured.
